UPLOAD DOCUMENTATION
The first step is sending us plans and specifications for review. Do this by uploading documentation to our website. We recommend including;
•Architectural plans & window schedule
•BASIX certificate
•NatHERS certificate

ACCEPT QUOTATION
We will provide a comprehensive quote including details on sizing, quantities, colours, hardware, and delivery for your review. Once the quote has been agreed, deposit payment made to proceed to the Shop Drawings stage.

SHOP DRAWING
After we have agreed to proceed with the quote, we will commence the shop drawing stage. We will provide a shop drawing for your review and acceptance as well as provide our professional review on the details of each window type.

PRODUCTION
Upon receipt of the Approved shop drawings, the project will go into production. Production of windows and doors typically takes 40 days (7-8 weeks).

THIRD PARTY ASSESSMENT
For peace of mind and to ensure quality throughout each stage of the process, we will arrange an independent, third party audit of each window and door prior to packing for shipment. The independent review ensures that the quality and standards of doors and windows is correct against approved shop drawings, relevant codes and standards and design requirements.

TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
Windows and doors are now packaged and ready for transport to your project. Transport of windows and doors typically takes 30 days (4 weeks). To ensure protection and smooth delivery, all of our products are wrapped individually and then packaged in timber crates. Once the windows pass customs and final payment is made, the windows and doors are delivered to your project ready for you to install.
